Mr. Gibbons is the current President of ICCP, and he is an expert in construction claims& Dispute Resolutions. He is a director of Hewitt Decipher Partnership, based in the UAE, and the Managing Director of Decipher Group- UK. Over 20 years experience in the Construction Industry, with a core discipline in Quantity Surveying. Other disciplines have been developed over the course of the last 12 years; mainly in Claims, Disputes, Project Programming, and Construction Law and Expert Witness. Paul had been involved in a wide variety of construction projects including power, civil engineering, aviation, nuclear, railways, utilities, and hospitals. Mr. Gibbons worked in senior contract and commercial positions and undertaken many roles involving adjudication and development of final accounts for contractors and subcontractors within the UK and Internationally.

Mr. Watson is an executive committee member of ICCP, and an experienced management executive, with extensive experience in managing companies, dealing with Executive Boards and delivering strategy solutions, also an expert in Construction claims. Mark is a Construction Claims Consultant, Mediator, Arbitrator, and Expert Witness. Acting both on the client-side and contractor-side, Mark is an experienced construction professional utilizing critical path method scheduling in considering and reporting upon matters relating to delay, disruption, acceleration, concurrency, and other planning issues. Mark also acts as a Mediator and has a number of appointments as Party appointed delay expert.
